Information for stallholders

Please note that the main website for this event is now at the website you can visit by clicking here.

This year we will be holding our tenth annual Gift & Craft Fair on Sunday 9th November.

An information sheet, booking form and site plan are available for download below.

We hope you will be interested in booking a space at the fair. Visitor numbers were strong last year and we think our increased investment in advertising and publicity, which we will continue this year, helped to achieve this.

Full details of our charges for this year, which we have increased slightly for the first time in three years, together with booking arrangements, are provided on the information sheet.

Please note that, at the request of stallholders, we will be taking even more care than we did last year to limit the number of stalls in each category. Stalls will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis in each category so we recommend that you book as soon as possible.

If you have any problems downloading the documents below, or would like to ask us any questions, please don’t hesitate to phone Susan on 01635 254074 or Andrew on 01635 528210.

Best regards

Susan Smith and Andrew Cooper
